Associates a profile with a UPM timer.
| timer-name | Specifies the name of the UPM timer to be associated with the named profile. |
| profileName | Specifies the name of the profile to be associated with the UPM timer. |

Each timer can be attached to only one profile. Once a timer is configured to a profile, it must be unconfigured from that profile before it can be configured to a different profile.
This command was first available in ExtremeXOS 11.6.
